We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
  • Packaged in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To request a return, please contact us first. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for sending the item back to our hub. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
